Recently updated my phone to iPhone 17 and my car play unit would intermittently disconnect and reconnect. Reached out to the support team and they provided a new update for the unit that supports the new IOS. With the update the reverse camera feature would glitch out and again I reached out to support and they provided detailed instructions on how to correct the settings and now it’s good as new! Overall satisfied with their support team with their speedy response and action plans. Thank you again Nifty City team!
