Ordered a nifty box that was defective (#6304). They confirmed it's broken and made me send it back to Australia. The parcel arrived as per AUS Post tracking. Between the arrival of the parcel in Australia and the actual refund, more than a month passed.Nifty claims they tried to refund me, however the money never arrived on my credit card or PayPal account. I also was not informed when the attempt to refund failed. It was more than difficult to get a reply from them. I count 8 Emails before they refunded me on my PayPal account. So in the end i got my money back, but it was an unfortunate experience overall. Whilst the installation of the Carplay software was easy and worked fine, this return experience diluted the initial good experience.Also interesting to note - just received an email from Nifty. They offer me again to refund me if i remove my negative review. Interesting.I updated my review to include the latest status.
