Don't waste your time with this company, I was sent 2 faulty nifty city boxes and they refused to give me a refund despite the boxes only being 9 months old with 3 months warranty left. The bank is now in the process of recovering my money AVOID AT ALL COSTS Edited on 13th of March 2025 Order number NC4748 ordered by my girlfriend Vicki as a present Oh so now nearly 2 years later you want to look into things and sort them out do you ? Too late you had the opportunity to do the right thing and give me a refund when I came to you first but you flat out refused despite me only purchasing your product 9 months earlier. I still have every single email ever sent between us so if you're thinking by coming along nearly 2 years later after purchase I can't prove anything you're very much mistaken. And asking trustpilot to take my review down as I got your business mixed up with someone else LOL 😆 cowards at least accept responsibility for your actions, you ripped me off and you know it !! Business must be bad aye boys, looks like I'm not the only one aswell looking at the other reviews. No I won't remove my review, people need to be warned about people like you and if one person doesn't buy from you and saves their money from being scammed by you I'm glad. Unfortunately I can't say the same for me.
