NC baited me to their platform by offering no expiry credits for things like daily art contests. NC kept me coming back to their platform daily with promise of non expiring credits. I have earned 6k in credits and have been on their leaderboard streak for over a year. I have over 100 followers and people love my art. I never use their "chat" feature because this is not Facebook or AOL chat rooms, especially when everyone in these chats are very immature. 3 days ago NC did a switch of terms and are now deleting every free user earned credits within 3 months. By broadcasting platform to US, they are obligated to comform with US law. I expressed my opinion about legality of bait and switch of US user pool in their "General Chat" where I was told to speak by the admin of "Questions Chat". I didn't say it was any fact. I said that was my opinion about credits issue at NC. For that, the moderators insulted me, stalked me throughout different chat rooms, while deleting my rational speech he was writing lies about me trying to get to me through harassment, banned my account that was on a streak leaderboard for over a year. For speaking the truth in a chat. This is a group of immature people who are putting a big damper on AI communities. Giving AI companies a bad name. Censoring honest speech in "general chat". They are a fake, toxic community ruined by tormentor mods who truly act like they are typing from an insane asylum. Some of the most triggered people you will ever come across. They lured people with fake gifts and are now taking away what they gave away to build up their user base. And anyone who doesn't like it gets their account banned for speaking their opinion in an open general chat... Samsung for example, a real world class company, has a thread where people can freely discuss things they don't like about Samsung in an open room to ALL Samsung website users. They don't censor you, or insult you because they stand by their products. Me getting banned for speech just shows how insecure they are, easily triggered, and how terrible they are to honest speech. They called it trolling while the definition of trolling is speech for personal comedy. There was nothing comical about what I said. After they told me to take it off their chat room, I created my own chat room to discuss credit deletion issue between users. They stalked me to my own chat room and closed it. The only people who were disrupted by my speech are the mods. The mods are not there to be a tier above all sensitive feelings. In US, if i think a class action for behavior contradicting US law might be a course, I cannot be threatened for speaking my mind about the possibility of Bait And Switch happening when it comes to generating their user pool. In US, even if the judge finds there's no bait and switch i cannot be legally held responsible for bringing it up to court and for gathering a class of a aggrieved users. So, again, for sake of honesty, I repeat that it is solely my opinion, I never said it was any fact, and if they have not done anything wrong then they shouldn't be scared to the point of stalking me, insulting me, censoring me while writing nasty lies about me, and banning my account because of an opinion they don't like. Here I date and state that if/when, a class action arises, I am to be in tier 1 of aggrieved parties.
