It’s a paradox that a company who markets hoodies saying, ‘dear person behind me’ neglects customer service. I ordered a medium size hoodie and received an extra large. No way with that fit me. Their website has a stringent list of what could be returned and what couldn’t but does not allow for errors on their side. I’ve been in touch with them repeatedly and told him I’d return the extra large if they were prepared to send me a medium, which apparently they are unprepared to do. Shocking service.
