!SCAM - O - RAMA! / !AVOID LIKE THE KLAP!Worst Internet Experience Recently[tm] has to be these drop-ship sc@mmers marketing the "Dear Person Behind Me" hoodies all over social media - to whit:1) hoodies are the worst quality heat transfer Chinese-made garbage,2) the "add another hoodie to your order" adds another hoodie all right... as well as another $14.95 shipping,3) customer service is operationally non-existent with all ticket responses originating from a non-company / zen-desk domain and none being even remotely timely OR within the window promised,4) the extra scummy "No Refund No Exchange No Return" language buried DEEEEP on the /help/ page says it all; they don't care and just want your payment information,5) despite sending a "CANCEL EVERYTHING!" message within minutes of placing the order I was still charged for the trash hoodies AND they are attempting to bill my bank account for the $39.99 a month membership program~TL;dr -->> DON'T DO IT... and for that matter Don't Order Anything Off Social Media~Cheers,Billy
