Bought 2 hoodies in support of mental health issues but got weirdly billed by fake other named companies and charged multiple times in the month. When trying to reach the customer service, it had one name to which it all got sent (Patrick Smith), for all different products. Because when visiting the businesses, the all had the same layout and way to contact some 'costumer service'. I got back by this 'Normie', stating I accepted the terms of service that entailed a VIP subscription of sorts. I never got any confirmation about this of how to cancel. I had to pretend and buy a new hoodie to see what ther were reffering to. Also, there they do refer to a nighteu fee but never the names of the 'businesses' that were on my creditcard bill.I replied to this Normie and have yet to get a reply back. Also send an email to stop further 'subscriptions' and trying to explain all this that didn't make a lick of sense....Expensive hoodies, stupid fake scam business. I had to cancel my credit card!!
