If I Could give them 0 stars then I would. Placed an order with them via Amazon. Item was never delivered, however according to my Amazon order details it indicated that the item was delivered (no tracking details provided). It was only when I requested tracking details and was provided with same that I discovered that the item had been returned to sender. No acknowledgement of this return or refund issued. Eventually after a number of emails directly to NightGalaxy and via Amazon I did receive a refund. This company are either grossly incompetent or deliberately trying to rip people off.
