Terrible customer service. I placed an order and I'm still waiting a month later, for it to arrive. It hasn't been updated for a week now. When I contacted them, they just tell me to keep waiting. I even tried to contact the account manager through whatsapp. But she never responds to me. I had six orders through ali express in the meantime and they all were delivered. But yet I'm still waiting for my ni hao jewelry order that was placed before all of those. I definitely would not recommend this company for any person who is buying or selling jewelry. The wait times are way too long. And who knows if you actually will receive the products.
