I ordered two D11-H printers. I received them after 32 days! When I wanted to add them to the application, I received the message that they cannot be used in my region (Europe), and to contact the seller. I contacted both the manufacturer who told me they are not authorized to intervene and to contact the seller as well. The seller informed me that he sent me region-locked products and that he would contact the manufacturer. 5 days have passed, the problem has not been solved and neither the seller nor the manufacturer are responding to emails. I now have two products that I can't use. Thanks Niimbot !!The problem was resolved after a "reasonable" period of 12 days !!!
