I ordered the ear cuff after seeing reviews from other buyers and videos on social media, and I have to admit — they’re incredibly comfortable. You genuinely can’t tell you’re wearing them. They don’t move and definitely don’t hurt. I ordered the large, which may have helped, but overall I would 100% recommend them. Especially compared to a similar one I bought previously from another online jewellery store.I’ve also started adding lucky dips to my orders. The last one I received (makeup storage) I was really happy with, but this time I received coasters. I understand lucky dips are a gamble and I’m not ungrateful, however they’re advertised as being worth £20–£40 and in this case it didn’t feel like that applied — unless it was older stock being cleared.Overall though, I genuinely feel this business does care about its customers and aims to keep them happy, and I do intend to continue supporting them.x
