I brought a premium 200 pressure washer May 2025. The reel handle is not strong enough to wind the hose back in and broke after a few weeks of use. After 7 months the gun exploded and started leaking. Turns out the 2 year warranty doesn’t cover the gun as it’s classed as an accessory, with only 6 months warranty. Now costing £55 for a new gun. General use of the pressure washer is good, although it does fill with air sometimes and has a little hiccups. Safe to say when it fully packs up, I will not be buying another nilfisk product.
