Dear NilfiskAs you have profited from my money which makes you partially responsible. Your Netherlands reseller Crop nonpaints was not authorized to sell me your product a Nilfisk e145 power wash. Nilfisk UK have repeatedly failed to help me so I’m now reaching out to you. I have also written to Nilfisk UK CEO Mr. Dennett but I’m not expecting a response based on the attitudes of his CS staff.You need to reel your resellers in hopefully to prevent another situation like this.Below is my review posted yesterday for your reseller Crop Paints.Title: £300 spent, no product, no refund. 100% rip off. ON-GOING NOW FOR 6 MONTHSI placed an order for a Nilfisk E145 power wash spending £233.57 June 15th 2025 with this online retailer Crop thinking they were UK based, nothing was mentioned on their website that they’re in Netherlands and that import duties will be applicable. A day before UPS were due to make the delivery they demanded import duties to the tune of £80! I had no choice but to pay this. The power wash then arrived with an EU plug and was also dead upon arrival. I contacted Crop whom on purpose dragged their feet hoping the ’30 day retailer responsibility’ would pass where the manufacturer Nilfisk UK would step in and repair/replace this power wash. Nilfisk UK declined to intervene as Crop was not authorised to sell their products outside of Netherlands. I forwarded the email from Nilfisk to Crop whom asked for the unit back. This was sent back to Crop whom received this back 24th July 2025. I have communicated with one person in Crop whom is Michael. Michael claims that they hold the highest standards in customer care!! I heard nothing back and then Michael lets me know that they have sent the power wash to Nilfisk Netherlands for evaluation. NILFISK INFORMS CROP THAT AS I HAVE CHANGED THE EU PLUG TO UK PLUG THIS INVALIDATES THE WARRANTY!!I was then forced to contact my bank Natwest whom after seeing the email trail refunded my money (Mastercard debit card). Crop then appealed to Mastercard stating that I had invalidated my warranty by changing the plug so Natwest then had to recharge me.Frustrated and knowing Crop will not be addressing this problem I asked for my paid for power wash back (Aug 2025). They have ignored me since and whenever I email Crop/Michael I get a response from another staff member stating Michael is away and will deal with this on his return..IT’S NOW DECEMBER 2025, NO POWER WASH, NO REFUND AND STILL BEING LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF BY CROP. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS NETHERLANDS BASED COWBOY RETAILER. THEY DO NOT OPERATE WITH THE DIGNITY AND HONOR AS UK BUSINESSES DO.IT’S ALSO FRUSTRATING FOR ME AS I HAD TO SAVE UP FOR THIS POWER WASH AS I DO NOT WORK AND AM COMPLETELY WHEELCHAIR BOUND. I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. AS THE RETAILER IS NOT BASED IN UK, BRITISH TRADING STANDARDS HAVE NO ABILITY TO GET INVOLVED.HAPPY TO SHARE ALL EMAIL TRAILS WITH TRUST PILOT.
