After a helpful visit to the Cupar store Matt was very informative and we decided on a mattress. Matt couldn’t have been more helpful and kept us updated all the way through from order to delivery. Unfortunately the mattress developed a fault. Again the staff were great. Almost instant answers to emails and the mattress was replaced straight away with a considerable upgrade which was unexpected but very nice. The delivery guys are very polite and professional. Overall the customer service and quality of product have been exceptional. Pleasure to deal with this company and nice feeling supporting a local business. Highly recommended.
