I have ordered from their store for five years now and I can't complain. The 'pay later' and 'private warehouse' options are great and there are many available shipping options. Items can be delayed but that is quite common for the release of (especially the bigger, better and more limited) figurines. Last but not least, the items are very well packaged and so far everything has arrived safely.
