This service is truly disappointing; I advise against purchasing from them. I ordered a leather belt on November 14th, and now it’s December 7th. I have sent multiple emails without any response. Their website claims delivery in about 7 days, and I've requested a refund with no reply. I've now involved my bank for an investigation. This service feels like a scam, taking money from people without delivering. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
