Like others have said, I suspect this service is a scam. I found some wide leg jeans through a social media link that led me to a flashy website. I tried to order three pairs, but the submit button kept malfunctioning. I accidentally submitted my payment multiple times and ended up with a duplicate order, losing £83 in the process. Despite my attempts to cancel the second order and request a refund, I haven’t received any response. The contact emails provided don’t work, and the return address is pointless. This has been my worst online shopping experience and has left me frustrated. Another organization in Amsterdam sells the same jeans at a higher price, and they also have poor reviews. At least they respond to feedback.
