I have been a loyal customer of a certain shoe brand for many years, drawn to their comfort and stylish options. However, it seems the quality has significantly declined. Recently, I've noticed that the materials used for the shoes have started to deteriorate much faster than those from my earlier purchases. My latest sandals had two straps break; I managed to get one repaired, but now I'm hesitant to invest in repairs again due to the cost and the chance they might break once more. The construction at the strap attachment is poor, with only a small piece of material glued in place. I'm very disappointed and, unfortunately, can't return them as I'm past the return window. I'm now uncertain about buying from this brand again. It's disheartening to witness a once-quality brand decline.
