Only the hand warmers arrived, and after 3 weeks (and were in a box that had clearly previously been opened)I requested a refund for the not-recieved 20 footwarmers and was offered a 15% discount or a 30% voucher for future purchasesOffering a 15% discount for a product never received is clearly fraudulent and disgustingDo not use this company, absolute scam
