Owner attitude.

I ordered a set of nails and the owner changed the design (mainly colour) without asking me if I'm okay with it. Thankfully it was a nicer looking design but the fact stands.In the store it's possible to buy custom designs for a higher price but after a few hours from publishing them on social media, they get... Posted on the site for the regular price (which is NOT a standard practice in the industry). There's no information anywhere before purchase that you pay more to essentially give the inspiration for the new projects that the artist will benefit from later on. There's no design to confirm before the artist makes them either.Besides that - artist is extremely rude on social media to anyone who dares to even ASK questions or express views differing from her own, doesn't look grateful for all the appreciation we give but complains about having orders... She also has the tendency to "rant" about criticism without (conveniently) specifying what happened to provoke this reaction. I was willing to let all those small things fly if it wasn't for the fact that mere hours after simply asking about the details about custom designs, she posted the dubious tweet that said "people are so uneducated and disrespectful about handcraft and entrepreneurship, it’s SO BORING and i’m supposed to stay calm and polite 🤡". It's unprofessional, unkind and an extreme overreaction to someone simply asking a question.Shame, since I wanted all the best for them and tried to support what I thought was a young, talented and humble woman. In all my communication with them I was trying to be gentle (since I saw how negatively the artist reacted to all criticism) and show customer's perspective without forcing my view onto her but it was only viewed as two-faced. I still wish the business all the best.I initially didn't want to be too detailed with this review but with the response from the owner I feel pushed to be more specific.PS. Even the owner's reply is showing a lot... My last mail (that she thumbed up) said "Ooh that's a shame. Then maybe I'll wait till someone has the same idea haha. Thanks for the reply!" but it's easier to twist my words and paint me as a hater. Sasha - I wish you health, happiness and for your business to blossom but please see another human being in your clients. I am sure you already write about me on social medias but unlike you - I don't like drama and stay away from public. Cheers.
