Extremely disappointing experience. Working with Bella Medrano, Customer Success Manager, was frustrating from start to finish. The level of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service was simply not there. Responses felt dismissive, unhelpful, and at times outright rude.
For someone in a role specifically focused on “customer success,” this was the complete opposite of what you would expect. Instead of resolving issues or providing support, the interaction only created more confusion and frustration.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough to warrant it. I would not recommend working with this team based on how this situation was handled.
I would strongly encourage leadership to take a closer look at how customers are being treated. I am requesting to speak with a director or someone in senior management to address the lack of professionalism shown here.
