I am in New Zealand and their website pretends to also be New Zealand based with an address and phone number.I bought a wall mounted mirror and 2 months later a desk mounted mirror arrives. Completely the wrong item They then ask me to send it back to the USA within 7 days and I have to pay for the postage. After a few more emails where I offer to take it to their New Zealand address they offer a refund but it never came.
