Amazing all around. We ran into a small issue with a trade. I messaged NinVendor on their easy to find live chat. I was answered in a very timely manner; my issue was resolved instantly. I have made several purchases from NinVendor and I have never ran into an issue prior this was only because I made a change on a specialty Pokémon for violet/Scarlet. I am more than satisfied with this company.
