Scott in customer service is always very responsive, calm & knowledgable when answering my questions… Angela followed up with an onboarding question as she said. I scheduled an onboarding call about 1 business day after purchase. Since I already had an IBKR acct I was activated with Omnifunds2 positions in my acct the next morning when market opened. I am fortunate that my 1st 3 trading days with Nirvana have been profitable although the market has been in turmoil this week. :)
