Before investing my time - or their time - to review the sales pitch, I asked the rep to provide some very basic info in advance. I asked given the performance marketing & “guarantee” language in what they sent.... a deck that references double/triple‑digit “real” or backtested returns and a “12‑month performance guarantee.” FINRA/SEC have repeatedly cautioned on AI marketing claims and hypothetical performance usage. Anyone should insist on seeing the exact guarantee terms and the legal basis for those terms. There are also VERY mixed third‑party reviews. Next thing I know I get a phone call --- essentially indicating "we'll cover all of this info on our call."Nivana sends prospects info to read in advance of a call, but has no interest in responding to questions from prospects in advance of a call. After years in a sales role, I WELCOMED well reasoned discovery questions from prospects in advance of a call, since I wanted to help them make well informed decisions. Clearly, this company prefers instead to control the discovery narrative, and hopes prospects don't know the right questions to ask. Caveat emptor folks. The well crafted response from Nirvana that follows is further confirmation of what prospective users can expect: we don't help those who perform advance due diligence....since we will fill you in on all the dets when we pitch. I'm sure there are many more details provided in the terms of service - which users will most likely receive after jumping in. Folks: dig deeper BEFORE jumping in, and do expect this sales organization to provide a clever pitch, BUT do not expect them to help you make a well informed decision.
