I’m extremely disappointed with how Nirvana has been managing my investments. Despite paying a substantial fee with the expectation of superior returns, I’ve incurred consistent losses over the past three months during one of the most bullish market periods. I’ve spoken with customer representatives multiple times and was assured that my concerns would be escalated and someone would reach out to explain what’s being done to address the poor performance. It’s been several weeks, and no one has contacted me. At this point, I believe I made a mistake signing up. Unless there’s a significant and immediate improvement, I intend to wait out the year and request a refund, as I have no confidence that the fund will outperform the market.
