After investing in January of 2025, I had 5 separate accounts, using different strategies from their Omnifunds2 portfolio. Within 30 days, all had lost between 9-11%, fairly concerning to me, given the high cost to start and the recurring monthly fee. The set-up and starting process was fine, with some challenges due to the recommended broker, IB, which is difficult if one is setting up anything other than a generic account. But these were resolved in a few weeks - having had prior experience with IB, I was aware of this going in, and understood it would take a bit of time. The various Omnifund2 strategies went into cash in the Jan/Feb timeframe. I communicated my concerns to Nirvana customer service, who answered this first message that things were working normally, and that such drawdowns were normal and expected. I did review their other strategies and moved some accounts to some other ‘newer’ ones that seemed to indicate they could trade in choppier / declining markets, but none of them traded positively, nor did the accounts recover in any manner from their negative positions. After another 5 months of this, without Nirvana really addressing this in any of their communications. Other than the one email response initially, my emails sent to customer support simply went unanswered, and their portal / regular communications were lacking any substance on why/when/how they expected to change this. I moved funds out in August and have since recovered my 10% losses by simply moving to funds and stocks in the market. I cannot recommend this company due to poor returns, their lack of communication, and the high cost of entry and recurring monthly fees. Their website / online portal shows returns for time periods I was in that do not match my real returns. It appears they rely on simulated backtesting for returns rather than using live account info. As for whether this company can correct their bad performance in the futuyre, I suspect they will do better when the market is in a positive slope. This being said, if they cannot handle choppy or declining markets, they are of no use in these trying times - the whole point of bots/AI enabled systems is to help reduce the negative drawdowns and use a wide variety of tools that beat a buy and hope strategy. Sadly, they failed completely at this for me and my accounts.I also found that my previous review, submitted in TrustPilot mysteriously disappeared - unsure why, but this is a second reposting of my difficulties.
