Over these past 22 years, I've received incredible customer service from Ed Downs, Jeff Drake, Angela Duran, Scott Moore and Nathan. They truly care about their customers and go well out of their way to help in any way they can. The level of service they provide is very difficult to find in any company these days. Their software has been cutting edge for many years now. I've been involved with about 70% of their products, including plug-ins, the Nirvana Club and Omnifunds/Omnivest and their dedication to build and improve them is truly impressive. The software provides anyone the ability to have a professional, disciplined trading strategy that will outperform the broad market indexes. It's been amazing to see how they have progressed to fully automated trading and investment platforms over the years in fulfilling Ed's vision of 100% automated trading and the best is yet to come with many recent developments.
