The customer service is so awful - they refuse to remove the completed assignments from the assignment list because they would rather keep them.
Also the lessons are so incredibly short - 30 minutes is not enough for the lessons especially GCSE Maths where its 30 minutes, also it’s not good idea that the maths live lessons should be in the morning especially I don’t like waking up in the morning.
I would prefer if the live lessons were an afternoon time and completed assignments from other subjects to be removed from the assignment system.
Also I wasn’t given the weekly assignment for GCSE Maths on the 27th February 2026 which makes me sad.
My maths assignments weren’t even marked yet, why is this?
