I placed an order on 5th April, and it was picked up on 6th April. As of 12th April, there has been no meaningful update. Tracking shows the parcel is still stuck in Mumbai with no movement toward New Delhi.I contacted customer support, but the response was unhelpful. The representative could only say the order is “on the way,” despite tracking indicating otherwise. When asked to escalate and coordinate with the courier, I was told escalation is possible but with no clarity on timeline or resolution.This is disappointing, especially given the brand’s strong marketing and promises around service quality. At this point, I cannot comment on the product, but the service experience has been extremely poor.Delays without transparency and lack of accountability raise concerns under basic consumer protection expectations regarding timely delivery and fair service.
