Extremely ridiculous, I have been sending emails since last one whole month, repeatedly, about initiating a return as the product was not as per expectation looking at the social media and website. There has been no response at all and I emailed for the 1st time the same day I received the order to make sure. After no response at all, I initiated dispute with bank which was rejected, again useless banks being themselves. What a nightmare it has been and I see the owner all over instagram every day and ignoring customers on emails for months!!
