I had a very frustrating experience with Nish Hair. I placed an order with them, only to find out days later—after making multiple follow-ups—that there would be a significant 5–6 business day delay due to a company offsite. None of this was communicated at the time of purchase. There was no notice on the website, and no email alert sent proactively.What’s worse is that I was trying to reach out to their team multiple times:I called repeatedly, but the number was unreachable.I sent Instagram DMs and received no reply for days.There is no option on their website to cancel an order even if they’re unable to deliver on time.Due to my travel, I clearly mentioned that no one would be available to receive the package post-Saturday, yet there was no urgency from their side to resolve this. The entire experience has been unprofessional, unresponsive, and far below what one would expect from a brand in the beauty and personal care space.If you're expecting timely delivery, clear communication, or decent customer service — look elsewhere. Truly disappointed.
