First time buying from Nishhair, Product was delivered in 3 days and was excited to try it on but really disappointed with the quality of the product. The product I received had really bad smell. It smelled like chemicals and it was painful to use them. It felt like I was using artificial hair extensions which is what was advertised and promoted in the website.Their return policy and customer support is cherry on top. They have 2 week return policy and I have contacted them same day as I received the product and they refuse to let me return the product. Initially they said they can help but after that they've mentioned they can't refund/replace the hair extension. I tried contacting them across all their social media platforms and via phone, They've deleted my comments on instagram and blocked me. Now I'm down 2800 rupees and with a really poor quality extensions. Do not trust this site or the reviews you see from influencers it seems just like marketing gimmick
