Long time customer not satisfied with the product.I've been a customer of Nishhair for 3 years and made 2-3 orders since 2020. Recently I've realized I've been paying a lot for the products and quality that I'm getting. Hair Fiber powder 5gms is whopping 1100 rupees where as others like 1hairstop is selling premium quality of 10grams for 1500 rupees and renee offering product at similar cost(can't comment about the quality as I haven't used them myself)Coming to my recent purchase of donut scrunchies which I bought for my cousin's wedding, it was embarrassing to use this product constantly out of shape, extreme shedding, This was my first use of the product. It seems Nish hair's product quality has fallen off since Shark Tank and people are realizing it. I have suggested your products to all of my friends and everyone has similar opinions now. Whether it be hair topper, patches, donut. More than the product, the customer support is something that I can't get my head around because of how bad I've been treatedNishhair, you've lost a loyal customer
