Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.Ive had a few problems over the space of 6 months with my minecraft server due to the new update 1.13 being so laggy (Not Nitrous Networks Fault). During this time ive opened a couple of tickets and they've always been solved thanks to the staff knowing how the minecraft file system works. Highly recommend!
