I bought a Niu N Sport 2020 model that has been nothing but error messages, battery failures, and now offering a subscription service for basic features that I was not told when I was sold the bike.It has become a normal part of using the scooter to just ignore the error. The downside of having this scooter is that no regular scooter place can service it, you have to go to a specialist scooter repair, which will charge a premium.I would recommend to stay away from this brand as it will most likely break down way before you would expect it to, and also charging a subscription for basic features has made me go back to a gasoline model. If I don’t pay for this subscription, I can’t even check the health of my battery, or battery cycles.
