The subscription process is extremely misleading. I signed up for a monthly subscription with a 7-day trial. However, when I tried to cancel through the website, there was no option to do so, only to update my payment details. The site claims you can manage your subscription easily, but I strongly disagree. Even though I signed up for a monthly plan, an annual payment attempt was made multiple times — luckily, I managed to block it. This doesn't seem to be an isolated issue. I would advise against signing up on the website. The app itself is of good quality, but I wasn't fond of the music and wouldn't continue using it. Perhaps it will improve in a few months, but the lack of customer service is a significant deterrent.
