We have used this company for a few years, but over the last 6 month they have become inconsistant, Not sending regular carer, sending different carers who just stand and look on and dont assist. Not replacing carers who are not suitable for the package. unreliable do not return calls in a timely manner, Giving false promises to shut you up so you dont complain, the list goes on would not recommend
