Appreciation Letter for Excellent Customer Service Dear Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for all the hard work and dedication the loan team assigned to me did. Everyone’s contribution has been invaluable to me closing on my first home, and I’m truly lost for words. Specifically, I want to highlight the role of your loan officer, Doug Thaler, who was very patient and helpful in guiding me through the entire loan process. He was the voice of reason in the mist of the storm that was brewing during this stressful time. My first lender dropped the ball, a second lender couldn’t handle the load but your employees’ step in and moved mountains.
