Ran a credit check (after giving me a 30 minute lecture on not allowing other lenders to do the same -even though I know that to be untrue, buyers of course want to shop around for the best deal, credit bureaus allow a certain timeframe for you to apply to multiple lenders (credit pull). It will not ding your score each time.I have reached out several times for a quote, only to get excuse after excuse. I wish there was some sort of penalty for lenders that pull your credit, insisted that can get a pre-approval & then ghost you. What a waste on a legit lender/quote. He is also very condensing in the way he words things. I can't count how many times I heard (after being cut of in middle of a sentence) "ma'am, you ready for this" followed by a lengthy "bashing" of whatever you say to him.Disappointed is an understatement. Do better, Scott.
