I mean it was okay the site crashed a couple times and I had to redo sections. I still don't think I've even got my card that I mail ordered, this is after double checking it with an agent. So I lost the $15 or however much that was....luckily my employer was able to look at the email confirmation so I can still work. So that's really annoying. But I will say the customer service agents I've dealt with have all been absolutely fantastic, helpful, polite, quick, ect. Definetly not blaming them I haven't received my card, they're doing their best. I will say, what would have happened if my employer wasn't able to look at the email confirmation that I had completelted the training? I would've lost my income because of your company's mistake and my mistake in choosing this company. Not a big deal to me personally but I'm just saying.
