I visited the Heathrow Terminal 3 Lounge and found certain areas to be quieter than others. The food was good and consistently replenished. I received a refund with the representative's assistance, as I didn't realize that same-day online bookings weren't allowed. I discovered this when I arrived and had to pay again, plus extra for a non-online booking. It's worth it to have a comfortable and relatively quiet place to spend several hours. I recommend it, but make sure to book in advance.
