Used the lounge at Heathrow T3 and have no complaints. There was a long queue outside when we arrived and someone commented that we wouldn’t get in as there was a long wait. Fortunately, we had reserved beforehand so we got straight in and were found a table for two by the window, overlooking the runway and close to the food. Food had several choices, most not to my cup of tea but I did manage to find something. I had checked the menu choices online before booking so I knew what to expect. The food was warm and was regularly replenished by staff, I never saw anything run out for longer than a few minutes. Over all, as long as you book in advance and check the website beforehand so you know what to expect, I would recommend this as a comfortable place to wait and get some food and drink while you wait for your flight.
