We paid $200 to upgrade the rental add from standard to featured.It states the ad will be larger.All we got was a small banner above the add with the no agent logo. The actual ad wasn't larger.So basically we paid $200 to have their own logo on our ad.They kept saying that they just pay realestate.com.au, so they won't refund us.Edit: they called after seeing this review to explain in more detail.Realestate.com.au provided the description about ad size. They just use that to explain the upgrade. I partially understand this, but i still think they should have tested these things before offering them to customers. At the end of the day, my ad didn't change size and they got their logo added on at my cost. I should have received a refund, even if it came at their loss. This was no fault of mine. I suggested they get a refund from realestate.com.au and refund me in the mean time, but that hasn't happened.
