I’ve ordered from Nobl a few times now and the biggest issue is their sizing, it’s really inconsistent.I’m usually a small, but the cardigan I ordered came up too tight, so I’d need a medium. That’s fine in itself, but the problem is the cost of getting it wrong. I paid around £4 for delivery and then another £4 to return it, so I’m £8 out of pocket through no fault of my own.I understand they’re a smaller business, but when sizing is clearly inconsistent, it doesn’t feel fair that the customer takes the full hit every time something doesn’t fit properly.It’s made me think twice about ordering again, which is a shame because I do like the brand. But long term, this kind of experience will put people off.
