My item went missing for over a week. At first zero customer service interaction. Then the owner actually got in touch, apologised for poor time to reply to online messages through their website, made sure the item arrived next day. Eventually could not fault the response. I have a few Nobl items at they are all smart and top quality. Especially at the price.
