I purchased a cable cardigan and to be honest the quality loss great. The disappointment is around the size. I bought a large but it's definitely bigger than that. It also has quite voluminous sleeves which strikes me as an issue with production rather than design.You do have to pay for returns which I don't think is very good. And I can't even exchange because they don't offer that service so I'd have to pay for a medium to be sent out again. All in all its just not a very good customer experience.
