I had a terrible experience with Noble Pawtrait. They made me a pair of shoes where the eye was supposed to be — instead there was just a hole, which made the shoes look absolutely ridiculous. When I contacted them, they refused to take any responsibility, offering neither a refund nor a replacement.What makes it even worse is that none of the product photos on their website show shoes with a missing eye, so the product I received was misleading. Their communication was extremely unprofessional — slow replies at first and eventually no replies at all.I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Stay away.
