Riley Euell did a wonderful job patiently speaking with me from 6pm - 9:19pm to walk me through all my questions regarding my interest in getting a IPad and possibly additional lines. He showed me documents and also reached out to colleagues when he needed to get more information for my very detailed questions. His patience paid off with me being comfortable purchasing three devices and lines. I was also comfortable and knowledgeable with the info so I can explain the purchase to my wife. Riley will be great at training others and will make a good manager one day.
