It felt more like a genuine customer service experience than a sales pitch.You can tell there’s real training behind how they communicate—confident, respectful, and straight to the point. If more face-to-face marketing teams operated like this, people would be a lot more open to stopping and listening.Overall, one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had inside a retail store.
